General Terms and Conditions (GTC) for the “Reunion” app
1. scope of application
These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all contracts between the sole proprietorship Reunion Oliver Kruppa] (hereinafter referred to as the “Provider”) and the users of the “Reunion” app (hereinafter referred to as the “User”).

3. In the event of late payment, the provider reserves the right to block access to the “Reunion” app.
6. right of withdrawal

2. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the date of conclusion of the contract.

1. The Provider grants the User a non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable right to use the “Reunion” app within the scope of these GTC.
2. The user is not authorized to copy, modify, distribute or otherwise use the “Reunion” app, unless this is expressly permitted.
3. All rights to the “Reunion” app, including copyrights and other intellectual property rights, remain with the provider.
8. liability
1. The provider is liable for damages that are based on an intentional or grossly negligent breach of duty.
2. The provider shall only be liable for simple negligence in the event of a breach of material contractual obligations and in the event of injury to life, limb or health.
3. The provider assumes no liability for the accuracy, completeness or timeliness of the content published by users in the app.
